Considering the didactic load of the course, the final exam includes two moments for the separate assessment of the knowledge of Oenology and Quality Management.
The Oenology part is an oral exam. During the interview, the candidate is also asked to solve three calculation exercises, aimed at verifying confidence with oenological practices, which are discussed by deepening the technological aspects. The three questions have equal value.
The part of the Quality Management is a written exam of 4-6 questions of equal value in which the candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the topics covered using an technical appropriated lexicon.
The grade is calculated on the average of the two exams, weighted according to the weight of the two parts of the course (9xEnology + 3xQuality Management / 12).
The exam will be in presence.
