Considering the didactic load of the course, the final exam includes two moments for the separate assessment of the knowledge of Oenology and Quality Management.
The Oenology part is an oral exam, preceded by the provision of three short exercises whose outcome does not affect the possibility of taking the exam.
The part of the Quality Management course includes a written exam of 4-6 questions in which the candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the topics covered and able to write a work procedure.
The grade is calculated on the average of the two interviews, weighted according to the weight of the two parts of the course (9xEnology + 3xQuality Management / 12).
The exam will be oral in person or remotely on the Webex platform depending on the provisions in force.
